Tax Preparation  -  We offer complete  tax preparation services to individuals, small businesses and corporate clients.  We offer special one-on-one services to Single, Married, Single Parents with Children, Widowed, Divorced and/or Married Filing Separate Clients.   We prepare all Federal forms and forms for each state that requires a tax return. Electronic filing is available to taxpayers.

Accounting  -  We offer accounting services that are computer generated in format.  We can assist and work with clients that utilize existing accounting programs. Full service accounting includes but is not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Payroll and Income/Loss Statements (Balance Sheets) that are computer generated and balanced each accounting period.

Payroll  -  We offer in house Payroll processing using the latest information available to both small (one employee) and larger (up to 25 employees) companies.  We process payroll daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual services that include but are not limited to 941, 940, W-2 processing, tax reporting for North Carolina, South Carolina and Federal.   We also offer services through Paychex, Payroll 1, ADP and other payroll service companies.

Consulting -  Small Business Tax Education Program (STEP) as directed and offered through and with the IRS.  We sponsor educational programs at the local college level, (Gaston College) for both individuals and small businesses.  This is co-sponsored by the Gaston Chamber of Commerce, the Internal Revenue Service and Gaston College.  This service is free to attendees.  Referrals are directed to the Small Business Center of Gaston College.

Corporate - We offer preparation services for corporate tax filing including small business corporations (S-Corporations) and regular (C-Corporations) corporations.  We also prepare returns for LLC's and LLP's.

Partnerships - We offer preparation and consulting with partnerships that include both Federal and State returns.  We offer consulting with partners that give additonal input/output for accounting, tax and agreements.
