Appointments   We do have appointments available.  As always, you may drop off your tax data and pick-up at a later time, we will compile and input your data and if needed we will call and schedule a short time for reivew. Drop Off Services   The Gastonia office offers fast service.   The tax return data is taken in by our qualified staff and then the returns are entered into our computer system and checked for accuracy.  This allows us plenty of time to enter, validate and check your personal information.  We also compare the data from one year to another to check for anything you may have not included.  This service is normally 24 hours and your return is "in the mail" or ready for you to sign and pickup the next day.

Extended Hours  (Thank Goodness!)

Our extended hours that are normally January 1 through April 18th. of each year. We will return to our normal operation of hours as posted above.  We do have appointments available including on Sunday afternoons for out of town and others that work unusual schedules.  Please call in advance to schedule an appointment.  You may also DROP off your tax data and pickup at a later time.  Appointments are available but NOT required. 

Vacation Days/Holiday Closings/Snow

Vacation, Holiday and Bad Weather Days are very important.  Some are more acceptable than others.  We encourage all our staff to take Vacations up until December but are not allowed from January through April.  Holidays are also observed other than ones that fall during the January - April calendar.
